Terms & Condition

1.Package receiver’s detail along with package details should be put clearly in the packet provided to our Delivery Associates(DA).
2.Your name/business name
3.Your Contact number
4.Name of the receiver
5.Number of the receiver
6.Location of the receiver
7.Package details
8.Bills, if the goods are being sold, should be attached with the items to our DA.
9.Returns will be done within 5 days inside the valley.
10.Rejected goods can be reprocessed as a new order.
11.Items that remained due to delivery because of the customer will be marked as canceled if the receiver doesn't receive them within 5 days.
12.We might take up to 10 days to verify loss and damage once customers report’s loss
13.Delicate items should be wrapped with bubble wrapper, Item’s not wrapped fully will be taken forward at your own risk.
14.There won’t be any additional return charges in case of goods rejected by customers/the receiver.
15.Payments will be settled the next working day from the day of delivery.
16.We don’t provide any insurance for Delicate products.
17.For same day delivery, the order must be placed before 11 AM and we shall pick and drop it off accordingly. If we receive the order later than that then the delivery will be scheduled for the next day or can be processed for the same day through Express Delivery Service.
18.Pick up from outside Ringroad and drop to outside ringroad might be delayed but ill be dropped as prioritized delivery within the next day.
19.Any item’s loss/damage due to random Paper or unpacked box, US Logistics doesn’t provide any insurance for those items
20.If any orders are placed to get exchanged then it should be mentioned properly. Otherwise, the exchanged items might not be delivered to the customer.
21.We will just be responsible to take the amount mentioned by the customer. If any bargaining is done from the receiver then we will mark the package to be rejected
