We promise same day delivery for the orders placed before 11 AM. The orders placed after that will be delivered latest by next day. Places which is above 4 km outside ringroad will be delivered within next day from the order placed day.

We will settle all the CODs received within the next working day.

Regardless of packages, we don't charge any additional pick up charges

We certainly do deliver plants but the packaging should be done properly making sure the plants are packed safely.

We normally dispatch the goods once confirming with clients through a phone call. If the client doesn't respond or asks us to not deliver as they have cancelled the order then the orders will be marked cancelled. If we sent the package and doesn't get delivered for the reason from the client like color didn't match, inappropriate size, not receiving the call after our DA reaches to location then the packages are marked to be rejected.
Note: If we receive a single item to deliver from the vendor location and it doesn't get delivered because of the problem at client's end then it will be marked as rejected as well.

We will not charge anything for the cancelled orders. For rejected orders though, we will be charging regular delivery cost.
